Bulevard Hotel offers a solid blend of luxury and convenience, particularly for travelers like me who balance business and family. Located conveniently close to both Constanta and Mamaia, it features free parking-an essential when traveling with kids. Our room was spacious, equipped with effective air conditioning, and while facing the bustling Main Street, it remained surprisingly quiet. The cleanliness of the linens and towels was commendable. Breakfast stood out as the most satisfying I've had at a four-star hotel in years, complemented by efficient and friendly staff. It's worth noting that despite the quality of the dining options, prices can feel elevated compared to alternative choices in the area. While the hotel has potential, especially for business trips, keep an eye on your budget if dining here. Bulevard is a reasonable option for those seeking comfort without going overboard.
